Replacement Square Wire 2.0 Lens

Hello...i have a favourite pair of square wire 2.0 sunglasses with black iridium polarized lenses. It has sentimental value to me. Unfortunately this model is no longer in production. The SKU is #13-449 for the replacement lens only. Not sure what is the SKU for the same lens set that comes in a lens kit. I would be grateful for your advice if there is a shop somewhere that still sells this replacement lens or lens kit. Thank you very much. I look forward to hearing from you.
