Ok I bought a Romeo 1 that was painted

just wondering, how much did you spend? planning on bringing my Polished Juliet in for a try and see the difference of when they do it vs my work.

No it's not a mirror like polished Juliet's. It's more like a brushed look. The metal is rough it would have had to be sanded smooth then polished to make that mirror finish.

My jeweler only charged me 60 to do it.

I love the finish it almost looks like a bright plasma finish.

They do look awesome. So what color were they to begin with? A carbon color? It's hard to tell in the pics.

Yea someone painted them like a dark grey almost between plasma and xmetal. I kinda liked the color but it was a disgrace to keep a fine pair of oakleys painted.

Looks good...glad you were able to do something good with them. Almost makes me wish Id taken the partial refund and done that myself but glad they found a good home
