Found a cheap pair of Fast Jacket lenses on ebay a month ago and decided to get OEM back into my R1s.

I followed this : http://www.oakleyforum.com/threads/quick-tutorial-on-lens-chop.11832/ thread mostly and despite some rookie first time mistakes I came out the other side with some real Oakley optics.

I started the same way the mentioned thread describes and even made the same mistake on the first lens by removing the tape too soon. Beyond that the process is the same and I wont re-describe it.

One note: Fast Jacket lenses seem a bit thicker, I had to take a little more time tapering around the inside edge to fit the grooves of the orbitals.

Nice job. I did a set of Jades for a R1 too. Looks good.
