Yeah, good luck getting anyone to get back to you or follow up with you. Pretty much the best you can get from Oakley now is just calling the guest service line and getting the 50% code. Thats about it. The managers in each department must not have anyone supervising them, because none of them seem to care even the district managers from my own experience.
