I recently purchased a T###### serial Juliet (left) - here compared to a T######A serial (right) that I already had. As many of you know, the original release had a coating that I'd describe as a slightly darker version of the original Plasma coating (aka Bone Plasma), while the later T# releases were bare Ti. As you can see, the shades didn't seem to be in the best condition and I thought, I had to have it recoated.
But the frame turned out fine after cleaning. Fresh sets of rubbers and (24K) lenses did the rest:
