I bought them from Fernando when I first started collecting
everything is like new,I guess it’s possible

That’s definitely a custom, one the lenses are prism, those weren’t made when the tio2 came out, two tio2 has x-metal/ gray arms, yours are black

a couple of posts missing the original question - these are genuine but not a Tio2. Looks like a Plasma with Black (Ceracote?) custom work.
