Titanium Clear Vs. Clear Lenses

Any difference from these two?
Is TI clear a Jap exclusive?

The lens transmission for Clear is 93% which allows the maximum amount of light through whilst filtering 100% of harmful UV, mostly useful for eye protection from particles/dust/rain in outdoor activities in dull conditions. Ti Clear transmission is 54%, neutral contrast, useful for low light only, exceptionally good for 'trimming off' very slight brightness such as 'white' glare from clouds. Neither of these lenses are Japanese exclusives, but there are examples of each that are exclusive to that country.
