Triple Wide Shelf Dimension Request & Support Rod Questions

The dimensions of the shelf is 120 cm X 37.2 cm (sorry, I'm Australian). It's 1 cm thick.

I used a slightly different system to prop up the shelves. It's slightly more minimalist but less clean than the above method.

It requires 2 lots of (one for front and one for back):-
1. 92-93 cm tall threaded 4 (or 5 mm) rods
2. X7 five bolts
3. X4 rubber washers (minimum 5 mm hole in them)
4. X5 metal washers of appropriate size.

An extra 2 bolts are for screwing the base and one for underneath the lowest shelf (on the inside of the cupboard - probably unnecessary).

I've enclosed pictures of the top and the bottom part of the rods for clarity.
