Drop Ball Test Certificate Required by US Customs.

Hey OP, Kindly Ask F///Ex over the phone and mentioned your AWB number or tracking number, they will give a direct line to F//Ex’s custom brokers. I have done this several times and the email changes from time to time depending who is on duty. Hope this helps! 🙏🏻

@eniretsim try to use the certificate posted, maybe that still is valid.
Whether its old, new or prototype anything marked “sunglasses, eyeshields, specs” needs to have an eyeball certificate especially if its terminal destination is USA. This only applies if your using private couriers. Hope that helps!
Hi, best thing to do is message Oakley and show proof of purchase and pictures of the glasses. The last time I messaged them, they were asking for those requirements. Best of luck!

Wow, i wonder what they will ask for if the package is labeled Sex toy/Anal beads

I tried using the DBC posted here. It failed. Guess I will fill out the certificate supplied by Fedex

, Can't get the test for 25yr old Oakley's.

Fedex rep said Box says Oakley's and You sent a 2018 Luxitoca Certificate

Fedex is the only shipper that has done this

Thats very subjective Bro! Rep should have done his research as Lux owns Oakley obviously. Next time to avoid hassle just take out the lens from the frame and declare it as fashion accessories.

Glasses are waylaid in Oakland. Tried to explain Lux /Oakley to the rep. Dead Air.

I even stated the Glasses origin was USA

Her response:

ALL eyewear imported into the USA from a foreign country is subject to FDA regulations. Country of origin does not matter. Please submit a drop ball certificate so the entry can be processed.

I think its best to speak to the supervisor, with F/X they normally have a direct line where u can email the supervisor to resolve issues.
