The frame look's legit. Can't say the same about the Lens. No detailed pictures provided.
But it looks like a frankenstein to me. Without the signature etched lens, it's only a blue New M-Frame with at best a VR28 lens and Texas Icons.

Hard to say based on the pics provided however it looks suspect. The bag if fake 100%
I’m gonna go with fake. The bag is super fake.
