Set a limit on amount of sales posts currently active by 1 member?

I'm trying to set a limit for myself where I can only buy one pair every month. So that would be 12 pairs in one year, unless I skip a month.

Sellers COULD TRY to sell at prices that the item will actually sell for as well? They tend to not need bumping as much when you do that.... What cracks me up is the looooooong list of "buying" threads I see take up a whole page from one person.
