How much is Dr. Chop? I finally found someone here who would make lenses for me, but they said it'd be $325...the glasses are only $375.

That's another thing that bugs me. Oakleys website is hella confusing now. Active...lifestyle...whats the difference? Don't explain it to me, the point is there shouldn't be one. They don't have enough models to break it up like that, and whos searching on that premise? I get the sports section...

Oh PLEEEEEEASE let the 90's come back. I am a filmmaker and I feel like the 90's was the end of good films. Remember when monsters were real things. Animatronics or guys in rubber masks? That was scary. Remember when spaceships were little models but they flew by looking like massive space...

The ones they used in Thirteen Ghosts? I thought those were cool, but then again, I'd never wear them. I use to really like the Splice but i guess those are pretty much the Pit Boss now.

Also I find it weird that they limit some of their colors. They're all about customization but I can't get polished blue icons for my batwolf because they're for the "clear frame only" or I can't get blue or purple polarized lenses.

I remember the crazy Oakley's like Plates or the leather Mars appealing to the just insane fashions (Remember Tyler Durden) and now they just coast along mimicking hipster styles which ironically hipsters swear they would never buy (but probably do).

I don't really WANT an OTT, I was just finding it weird with all you guys out there with HUGE displays of all their different models, but I was trying to get my own (much smaller) collection going and after my Batwolf, Gascans, and Canteens...i pretty much have their entire selection covered...

Yeah a classmate of mine worked for a glasses chain and for a report took us in the back room and showed us how she made lenses (its tragically very easy as long as you have someone diagnosing the prescription, which is the hard part) so maybe ill track her down again. Oakley still makes the Why...
