2015 NBA Playoffs and Finals Thread

The Cavs are lucky to have won 2 games this series. They played over their heads in those 2 games. James has come to play that is for sure!! He has had one off game even that game he is almost better than anyone on the floor.
I think it was clear that Cleveland was trying to save legs by playing a few more players. Well it did not work. GS is too deep as I have been saying all along. They have better shooters and better defensive players. "Delly" has done nothing the last 2 games. The 2 games they won was more than likely the best he has ever played. Now that is a guy to like to have on your team because he will run thru a brick wall!! After those 2 games he was be hailed as the best defensive player the NBA has ever seen!?!??!
Ahh yea, Curry was just not hitting shots. Just like the rest of the team. Now don't get me wrong GS would drive me crazy as their coach. They shoot some CRAZY shots you would NEVER teach anyone!! But they make them!! What can you do.
I am still amazed when they pass up layups to kick it out and jack up a three pointer. That is how they are built!! That is also how they will win a Championship.
Tristian Thompson has shown up and grabs every ball that is near him. With all the injuries Cleveland would not even be in the finals with out him.
It is really too bad James in the finals he has had to do it with the players he has had. He may turn into the Buffalo Bills of the NFL. Get there so many years in a row and come up on the short end. Now he has 2 rings and well earned. Don't forget he was one Ray Allen shot from only having 1 ring. Point being he needs players before the natural decline starts from all the minuets he is logging on those legs. As I said players will come he is in the East and right now it is Garbage.
He will Win 1 or 2 for Cleveland before he is done but just not this year.

Well maybe if his salary would allow more than spares to be signed...
no no no, you're not paying attention...

the team is already built and salaries have been set in place to make a deep playoff run with the perfect pieces to win a championship...you essentially had a Big 3 in Cleveland...everyone was happy...everyone was ready to bring a Championship to the city of Cleveland...

unfortunately, along the way way, 2 of your Big 3 went down with freak injuries...

imagine this: the Cavs have 22mm worth of starters/productivity sitting in street clothes on the bench

the team that got the Cavs into the playoffs is a shadow of itself in the Finals...

so, Bron can scratch and claw and attempt to beat a team with a total of 79 wins before the Finals started with a starting lineup that consists of Timofey Mosgov who scored zero points on 9 minutes, a dumpster fire starting shooting guard named Iman Shumpert who managed to give you 10 whole points (yes, a starting shooting guard gave you 10 points), and something named Dellavadova that blistered the court for 5 points and 2 assists in 42 minutes....42 minutes and he accounted for 7 total points...

and, and, and, to make matters even worse, you got Mike Miller, who's knees look like they're filled with pancake batter...

he's being forced to actually come into the games as a backup - he's played 28 total minutes in the Finals and he's poured in 3 points on 2 shots...

let that soak in for a little bit: Mike Miller...has given the Cav...3 points on 2 shots...in 28 minutes...

Bron is averaging 36.6pts, 12.4reb and 8.8ast......he's literally taking on one of the best teams to come out of the West in 10 years all by himself....

respect....

but I don't think we will see a fairytale ending for Bron...not with 22mm sitting on the bench.....

Where is the "lebron is the monster/greatest" talk now? Basketball is a team sports.... Being the "greatest" means nothing
oh, it's there...

it will always be there...

let me explain it this way: you remember A League of Their Own !?!?

it's like the Rockford Peaches getting to the World Series and playing the Racine Belles...

BUT, before the World Series starts, the Peaches lose Mae and Doris to injury...

lol - that's the best I could come up with......

The Cavs got outplayed by a better and deeper team. They only have average roll players at best.
They will get better players in the next few years.
agree 100%...

every starter on the Cavs is outmatched and out-talented by his Warrior counterpart....

Cavs are missing Kyrie and Love so hard right now, but they're also missing Varajeoa.....

I feel bad for the Cavs...within 10 games, they lose two allstar starters to injury....

no reason acceptable if the player declared himself as "the best player in the world"... yeah... best player playing one on one.... but again it means nothing if you loss...
