After speaking with this seller, he will not accept PayPal Goods and Services because he claims PayPal will hold back the funds for 30+ days. After using PayPal for thousands of transactions, I find that excuse to be suspect.

After speaking to a couple people who already purchased from this seller, our staff reports that those buyers were satisfied with their transactions, but communication could take longer than expected.
