Hoping someone may be able to identify this backpack/rucksack? Can’t find any info online so wondering if it’s legit or not?

Has skull label inside. Have attached a few pictures which hopefully someone will be able to advice.

Pretty sure that’s real, that inside tag is correct - I think this is the Echo Charlie pack? Maybe the 2.0?
