Anyone try a pair of Exchange Sun?

I tried searching before I made this post and wasn't able to find any discussions about the Exchange Sun.

I was flipping through Oakley Canada shopping for Xmas gifts and the Polished Clear Frame w/ Prizm Deep Water Polarized Lenses caught my eye. The stainless steel temples and B1B Grip inspired earsocks are nice touches. I've yet to try to deep water lenses so maybe an early gift for myself :cool:

Other options are:
- Satin Black Frame w/ Prizm Black Lenses
- Satin Grey Smoke Frame w/ Prizm Tungsten Lenses
- Satin Black Frame w/ Prizm Grey Polarized Lenses

I decided to pull the trigger and buy the Exchange Sun Polished Clear Frame w/ Prizm Deep Water Polarized Lenses. I would love to add a set of B1B Grips but was a bit shocked at the asking prices online.
 
Yes I have a set of these in the dwp colorway. Love em and the fit is great too on my big head!
 
Oakley Canada has been a royal pain to deal with. After screwing up my order multiple times, I asked for a refund and bought an M-Experiment Business instead. No more new Oakleys for me. Screw you Luxottica 🖕

What did they do?
 
They were not able to use my 50% off coupon code they sent to me which was valid until Nov. 2017. They said it was used with another email. Told me they would investigate and asked me to call back in 24-48 hours. They then charged my credit card $347.30!!

I called and got the fun experience of having to pick so many options before actually speaking to someone. I had to explain everything again and was put on hold for her to research. She came and said there was nothing they could do as my account was under investigation. WTF?

I asked for a supervisor and she refused. Finally allowed me to speak to a supervisor who said she would open another investigation which would take 5-7 business days. After all that, they refused to honor the coupon and also refused to reveal the email that used it. Certainly was NOT me. Ended up taking 2 weeks of many calls to finally get a refund. Horrible customer service!!

The Exchange Sun is way overpriced at $302 Canadian plus tax. That comes to $347 in my province with the 15% tax. I won't buy them at full price or even at 50% after all this BS.

I took the money and ordered an M-Experiment Business instead. Customer service is SO MUCH BETTER. Mario took the time to chat with me, answer questions, and give opinions about lenses, frames, etc. and even sent me a link to a post on this forum about custom M-Experiments. Top notch service like Oakley USED to be.
