Authentic Juliet?

Im new here and tomorrow I will try for the first time Oakley Juliet.
Guy from my town is selling them and he said they are like new.
Can you tell from this photos are they legit (I think they must be) and what gen are they?

Yes, legit. And looks to be a 4th gen since I cannot discern a serial number on the left ear stem by the hinge.

They will. There are different size temple shocks in the little ziplock bag if needed.
