Comes with everything in retail package:
- Plasma frame with Sapphire Iridium Polarized lenses

- all papers and inserts
- "P" sticker (which has been taken off the lenses)

I do not see any scratches or anything on the lenses or frames, and the pictures attached should show the same.

It turns out my wife doesn't think they look good on my face
