They do not look like Oakley's........ could be any random brand, like Nike.

It's really funny you state that, take a look at these Nikes I own, they do look very similar to the Bisphaera and Sphaera; called the Hyperforce and Hyperforce Elite with another pair that looks like the Flak 2.0 XL, called the Show X3 thrown in there for good measure. Except the Hyperforces released in 2017, way before these particular Oakleys.

Even the frame and lens combo looks very much like OP's initial pic.

Yeah the Zeus and Athena lol. Very, very odd designs, especially the Athena. The price is insanity too, I doubt anyone is paying $500 for a Nike sunglass.

Which frame would you guys suggest tat could also be used in colledge/University along with Oakley lenses....... non prescription only prizm lenses to enhance contrast as i am light sensetive

Anyone tried replacing the socks on one of these?
How did that work out for you?

I researched the living dog-dooky out of this model today, when I saw some for under $100.
Figuratively pulled the trigger on a set of Prizm-Polarized 24K in the Translucent Olive frame.

It is kind of ironic, when I first lusted after Oakley in the early '90s, I needed to have the transparent frame, so I got Frogskins with the most radical looking mirrored lens.

However, since returning to purchasing shades again, I have thus far not owned a single set of translucent or transparent frames.

My original thought was to buy the transparent frame on Expert Voice for $96 & pop an authentic Oakley lens in there, but that would end up costing $200 & I would not be able to just buy a 24K Prizm-Polarized.

The one I really like is the Deep-Water in the Abyss frame, but I already have two Deep-Water.
If I really love the BiSphaera, I may purchase that one in the Summer.

You could also score some 2nd-hand BiSphaera on evilBay for as low as $77.
many of the BiSphaera out there are not polarized

I looked at Nike Skylon Ace, only the plain grey is polarized. no further looking on my part

earsock change for mine:

as you can see, the temple-arm is designed to keep those things in place, so my worries were unfounded

I really wanted Yellow to match the 24K lens or at least purple to complement, but NOOO!!

if you see Purple or Yellow for sale out there, they do not have them

I ordered from three places, all three came back with "no have", & one of them even kept their item page the same, so any other unsuspecting consumers can still order it.

I hate that SO much!

Received my second pair today, from Expert Voice, & immediately swapped the color schemes:



I do wish I could find Orange or Yellow earsocks.
So far I just put the light grey nose-pads & earsocks on the Olive Ink frame, but I would definitely prefer another color.

Even in photos the Olive frame does not look translucent at all.
Similar with my Root Beer Half Jackets
