So this all started when @wilonghair68 had the EVH Bumblebee done by @Bonz-1 for me as a surprise. That it was painted on a New Straight Jacket II was a pretty cool, since I find those pairs quite comfortable. So I immediately fell in love with the Bumblebee, but still start to thinking about the colors I'm missing, and realize I have NSJ II beater pairs lying around for projects. Perfect. I ordered some brand new OEM rubbers and brand new Ikon polarized lenses for both pairs. Bonz did the rest. And his Van Halen stripes are perfect. The white and red pairs arrived Friday. But now I have some time to give this a proper write-up with photos. Much Mahalo guys.
