Bought these from Authorized deal "Proozy" never seen this mark can someone help?

I have seen made in USA and Assembled in USA but never saw USA Designed is this a new thing or did i get scammed? it also seems to have this grainish look to the frame. I havent bought Oakleys in years any help would be appreciated. (SLIVER XL)

For me, has a fake vibe to it. What frame was this exactly?
Never mind. Looked htem up based on the model and it was a Sliver XL. I have never seen that either on any pair, but O seems to change up their stuff all the time. Really wish they would go back to their roots and stick with USA manufactured.
