Braindead Mumbo and EJ

Highly. I ordered mine right at 10 am my confirmation email came at 10:01 but hanging out to dry on delivery. Did they process your payment ? Mine hasn’t been processed. It shows the deduction but say processing.
Yea I was charged. 174$ .. used a discount code. Order status just says “in process” though
 
So I am trying to piece together what happened with you guys that got orders in right when it launched only to get cancelled and these are the conclusions I came to...

1. This I have kinda suspected anyway but I think when something like this sells out they go in reverse with filling the orders starting with the last ones and finishing with the first. The reason I say this is several times when something like this launched I placed multiple orders until it sold out. All times I got notices in reverse as to how I ordered.
2. This I believe is in play to... before they even touch filling the "green shipping" orders they fill the ones who paid for express. I am 99% sure of this because the last two launches I placed multiple orders and paid some for express and one not. The not one filled almost 24 hours after the express ones were already in the hands of UPS.
3. There was a glitch... I say this because the pages were up way before launch time and you could not get them to show in cart. I have to wonder when it first let people actually put one in cart if something didn't go wrong with their webpage.

Whatever it is there is no excuse tha over and over and over again Oakley lets this happen as though it does not even care. This is one of the larges companies in the world and there is no reason they should not have some of the highest paid and talented web designers in the world working for them. Whoever is currently the tech guys there well sorry but YAWL SUCK DONKEY NUTS!!!! My 5 year old granddaughter could figure out how to stop this with no problem but you guys are just stupid or lazy or very underpaid. Whatever it is there is no reason for this. (Hope someone from Oakley actually reads this stuff, I kinda think they do.)
 
Just not fair to the people who actually got it fairly quickly. They should go in order, not just by whenever. Cause I assume people who got it later on are getting theirs shipped. Or is it cause I did free shipping? IDK but I am annoyed.

I might switch the Persol… oh wait… Lux owns them too!
 
I got my order in at 10:01am PT and mine shipped and should be here Monday. I used a 30% off code and only ordered the Mumbos. Sorry if others are having issues with shipping :(
