Braindead Mumbo and EJ

I am already up two codes in hand and have a complaint about the Mumbos floppy uneven arms so expect another one there...

Well quality control still not a thing. Can definitely fit a fingernail in there, so some kind of mold defect, about half the diameter of a BB right in the middle of bridge on the inside. The fingerprints on the second lens was a nice touch, especially with only one nose piece for the entire kit.

The coin was not in the bag like everyone else, no visible scratches to lenses I could see at least. The coin is the same size as a previous X-metal coins and slightly heavier as you'll see in the pictures below. Now to send email to CS about the frame.

speaking of nose pieces, is there a compatible replacement that can be bought?

The collector mumbo lenses resemble the mounting points of the ballistic 2.0 lenses, not the regular m-frame lens... have you tried fitting the new gen nose piece onto one of those lenses?
I thought someone already had on here. I'll give it a try tomorrow if someone else doesn't chime in with their experience.

I previously owned the palace pair and from what I recall my matte clear new.gen nose piece didn't want to fit on the pair.

I'm just trying to think for the future, like stocking up on couple oem replacements if they exist.

Same thing with my pair regarding the molding notch on the backside of the frame behind the nose.

I had ear stems that were wayyy too straight. I used some heat with a hair dryer and reshaped them with a slight curve.

And for those that have floppy arms like mine did, I used a small amount of clear nail polish on the nubs that the ear stems go onto (2 layers). This fixed the issue.

But the coin is rad and so is the old school hybrid shaped lens.
