Oakley service dept has these but... you gotta send your frames in for them to install them.
Upside is that you could get them to goodwill new ear socks, downside is they might get stolen.

I checked with my local service centre and they told me they don't have the lenses. They didn't suggest that I can send in the frame for installation. I'll check with them on this. Thanks for sharing.
