Can I take lenses out of half wires

Can the lenses in a pair of half wires be replaced? If so do I send them to someone or could I do it?

Would an eye doctors office be a good place to try to go? I know any ‘half wire’ style frame is more complicated to remove lenses from the frame.

Like @MicahS asked, an original Half Wire or a 2.0? The difference are lenses screws or not. Both frames are entirely different when it comes to lenses being replaced.
