Carbon plate - replacement ear socks

Does anyone know if there are replacement ear socks for the Carbon Plate? These aren't the typical ones that slide over the temples - it looks to be glued on or fits through the temples themselves.

If you go to the US Suxalottica website, and search under Carbon Plate OX5079, I see the "TRIM-3" and "TRIM-5" (I think these are the ear trim pieces) are both in stock, as well as the nose pads.
