I can bring a few pieces as well.
So fresh on the people bringing items I'm very excited. I will be there early setting up or I should say I'll be there around when they open to have it already set up for the crowd, people who bring items come early so we can hook it all up
I have not forgot you I will text you, I will go in Thursday and see the space we get then I'll have a better idea on area / set up and anything else

Everyone who is coming there is about 6 stand ups to put collections and more room on tables so there should be plenty of room.
For name tags, I'd say make your own on how you want to present that will be the easiest. Everyone is super pumped about this and for the social media buzz if you use Instagram #Ostore192 for live feed durning the event. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Also I'll post an example of the name tag
I'll have my forum name and real name also Instagram name.... Surprise they are all the same except my real name.

People getting together to talk, take pictures and in an Oakley vault always sounds like fun. You are right The name tag I made and same thing front and back, the vault should have something to put your tag in if you need it
