The watch is a MOMO Design "Speed MD" MD-022, value is maybe $250 IMO.

A-Wire thicks seem to be selling around $100-200. If you could prove where your dad got it from, it might increase the price some. It's possible you could get more from an Oakley collector or racing fan.
