Delamination

I know this is probably a stupid question, and I think I know the answer already, but do non-iridium lenses have the same potential to delaminate? I’m thinking they don’t but just wanna make sure I’m thinking, right (for example, comparing prism, grey to prism black)

I've had the coating on the backside of a Grey Polarized lens delam, but I personally have not seen the front of a non-Iridium lens delam.

This may be a dumb question but what does the laminate on the inside lenses actually do? is it anti reflective? surely if they delaminate and u still want to wear them just take the laminate off??

One for @Chris A Hardaway to confirm Afaik iridium coating is present on all O lenses?

Oakley.

Killer Frames

Killed Lenses😂😂😂😂
Haha its so frustrating when they randomly delam, i was just wondering as i had a pair of beat up minutes that delaminated on the inside and i just peeled it all off and they still are absolutely fine to look thru?
