Difference of Flak Beta asian fit

Are the asian fit of the flak beta frames just the nose pads, or are the lenses different size as well?

The parts and service site lists them as two different sizes. But I don't own both to try. The low bridge fit is 65 and the standard is 64

Definitely not the same lens.
A non-Asian fit lens will be very loose in the Asian-fit model, which I discovered first-hand
