Do you buy your Oakleys on ebay, Why / Why not?

You can find good deals on Ebay, but it is getting harder to find them. The rise of fakes being sold there is bad. I will take my chances here with people I trust. Ebay will not have your back unless you lawyer up.

Yeah the number of fakes now is crazy. I have a very limited number of folks I would by from on Ebay, just prefer do business here for legacy frames and if not here on anything discounted through places like Jomashop, EZContacts, or other eyewear sites with solid BBB records.

I agree 100% there are some Ebay stores that are sunglasses shops in Europe. I try to buy from them.
Here is another reason why I don't buy from Ebay. Prices are

There are a lot of real and even more fake on there. It's usually easy to spot the fakes with a lot of identifiers, but those won't be announced publicly as we don't want the fake manufacturers to know how we know.

Avoid Trixie on there. He is the biggest dbag. I would buy fakes before I'd buy from him.

I think the prices on eBay are super high and overpriced. Doesn't mean not to buy there, but doing your homework and investigation will prevent from paying too much.
