eBay oddity Juliet

In my recent eBay scrolling, I came across this oddity Juliet. Everything I can see says the Juliet’s are real (pins, hinges, bridge, screws, stem tips) but why would someone customize it to 24K and then put a XX frame number on the stem.

The inside curve of the orbitals into the nose bridge area looks weird. As if it was a Penny that had the 'flanges' filed off!

Looks like a Frankenstein build from a mix of parts. Nose bridge looks slightly caved in on the outside with the one pin extending out way more than it should. Wrong screw in the right side earstem hinge as well, you can see the tip of the screw extending past the bottom and the screw head is definitely wrong as it shouldnt sit above the recess for the head. Avoid

Oh I have no intention of buying just trying to figure out why someone would go through the trouble a creating something that already didn’t exist and put a XX stamping on it.
