With E Wires, the best way to tell is the screws. They usually have just one flat head screw instead of the two cross head screws. Most of the time the orbital won't open for lens replacement. A lot of them also have "titanium" poorly etched on the lens.

The CE makes me think it could be a reissue from 2013 but like @flyer said it has the dark nose bombs so it's likely an original.
