What's the error message say? You do have to have a thread to reference for the deal. That might be the problem?

I remember Mrs H having this same issue a while back.

Most likely there wasn't a thread url to post...

to be able to make a feedback,i need or the other party need to create a deal thread??
if yes i only need to create a thread with a comment between me and the other party and copy the link in the url place on the feedback section??

You need to create a deal thread in the appropriate exchange section. Once posted, use the url for that thread when leaving feedback.

the feedback feature on this site is kinda a pain in the butt to do, especially if you just deal through PMs.

The problem is if you don't make exchange threads mandatory, people can just leave feedback for anyone, in turn diluting the system. I know the system is strict, but it also makes it accurate. Just saying
