Need an oakley for running, sports and casual use. Which of these 2 are better in terms of looks and functionality if cost is not a factor?

I like the Flak 2.0 fit, personally. Plus, lenses can be found for cheap on this forum and are easy to swap out. FYI, I do not run, but have worn Flak 2.0s in physical working scenarios and they provide good coverage and stay in place. I think a lot of baseball players seem to wear them, too.
