Help me to legit check this Juliet Plasma Ice

I am a newbie in Oakley X metal.
Need some help to legit check this Oakley Juliet Plasma Ice. Based on the photos, I think its a 3rd gen Juliet Plasma Ice. Owner claim he have this pairs for around 10 years. Lens is quite heavily scratched, I will look for replacement lens if I buy it. In my opinion, it looks legit to me.
Let me know your opinion or any advises and reminders below. Might going make the purchase. Thank you in advance.
