Is make-a-statement on ebay legit?

Hello, looking to buy my first pair of x metals.

I found a pair of juliets (plasma emerald) on ebay, i believe them to be legit, correct serial and all looks correct, and the seller seems to have a fairly high rating, but a few of the negative reviews paint a bad picture. I'm wondering if anyone here could share their experience with buying from them? I fear that at worst, the seller is sending out different glasses than the ones advertised, and needless to say I'm looking to avoid that.

Seller is legit, prices are high.
A serialised pair would negate any issues with sending you a different pair.

Hang around here for a couple of weeks and I'm sure you will find a similar pair at a better price...

Agreed with @mjt42 . Just tonight there was a couple of Juliets listed for lower than his prices. I would trust this forums sellers over eBay any day off the week for quality.

If you are worried about losing it on money with PayPal, just pay the small fee for G&S and skip the FF payment

I've done business with the seller a few times.... solid seller.... I agree that his prices are generally high, but he sells good stuff. Sometimes the seller will negotiate on a price, sometimes he won't, so sometimes I buy and sometimes I don't. If you throw him a low ball offer he probably won't respond at all.

+1 to what Ronnie says. Actually a lady called Dina (iirc) really good seller with top notch stuff. You can always try & negotiate.

My first xmetal juliet was purchased from him. He is expensive, but he puts brand lenses without scratches. I always look at what he offers.
