Help with Jigawatt

How does the Jigawatt fit compared to the Straight Jacket II? I have protruding cheekbones, so the Straightlink or Jawbone/Split Jacket lower edge corners touch them, but the Straight Jacket II fit me perfectly. Could anyone who has owned these models compare them with the fit of the Jigawatt. I'm overseas, so if I order them, I couldn't return them (in case they don't fit)

This page is very helpful, hopefully there is a model with a similar face for you to compare.
Thanks, I know that page and it is indeed quite helpful. But it's not quite the same as hearing from people who have actually owned both the Jigawatt and the NSJII, Straightlink/Jawbone/Racing Jacket and can share their personal experiences regarding fit.

I think I know your dilemma, I use the Oakley Shocktube at work which is basically an industrial version of a split jacket, it does sit on my cheekbones, when wearing the Jigawatt however, it just sits above the cheekbones (sits better within the eye sockets) and the beauty of the nose bomb adjustment allows 3 settings for them to sit higher or lower on your nose.
I would think you should be ok with the fitment.

Awesome, thanks!!! Do you have the Straight Jacket (2007- NSJII, that is) by any chance?

I do. The Jigawatt fits better to me than the Straight II.
The Straight II has that arm stem come down and in the Jigawatt just comes down and has a better fit. The Jigawatt is a thinner stem and the drip comes closer to the ear which makes a better fit than the wide armstem of the straight II

Hope this helps.

Awesome, this is super helpful!!! Does the outer edge on the bottom (which I marked with green in the photo) come down lower on the face than the NSJII? That's the key issue for me, as a lot of similar Oakley models (e.g. Straightlink) touch my face/cheekbone there. The NSJII doesn't, and in your photos it looks like the Jigawatt wouldn't either, but it's hard to tell

The Jigawatt fits like the Straight II. I feel the Jigawatt has a little more room for the cheeks there and with the adjustable nosebomb for the Jigawatt you can make it sit a little futher away if needed.
