How often are you changing the lenses?

I recently got into Oakley X-Metals lineup and have R1, XS and Juliet in hand. Sometimes, I want to switch out the lenses to match my outfit but fear that I'll scratch the lenses. I'm wondering how often do you guys change the lenses or never at all?

I change mine almost monthly. Mostly for deep cleaning or swapping out for OEM lenses. Many have suggested to always wash your glasses with running water to remove debris. Some frames will bite into your lenses depending on the casting. So that is probably what you mean. I am starting to run out of room lol.

Once upon a time I only had just a couple of pairs that I would swap between, and I believe I was buying a new lens every year. But it was because I took both of them to work. I still take glasses to work. But now I have way more 'work' pairs to rotate through. And I take care of my glasses a little better now.
