It's probably been discussed here at some point but I have confirmed that Oakley actually created a different, slightly larger lens cutting pattern for the later gen XX X Metal. And ofc you can see evidence of rubber filler substance applied to the lens tracks of later gen Juliet. I've measured up to 1.5mm difference in the orbitals and up to about 1mm in the nose bridge cavity comparing early production X Metal to late production Juliet and XX.

Yeah the early gens are smaller I confirmed this upon cutting some lenses myself. i have a tio2 with the bone finish when i try the lens on later gens it is loose.
