Thats the carbon blue. I do not believe it has hammers, it is not suppose to. Polished Blue has Hammers.
Priced way too high in my opinion. You could buy two R1's (4 digit) for that.

Yeah, Not sure why O review has that as the carbon OO blue. Pretty sure its not polished and doesn't have the hammers??????
