Just discovered that Oakley UK no longer provide an service X-Metal, so appears same problem as you.
Where did you orders parts from please and what tooling is required?

Plain and simple..... you send them to me the X-MAN. I've been doing the service longer than anybody else out there and I know what I'm doing.tuneups are same day turnaround.

Ebay mate. US and AU sellers. It was a pain to remove old metal pins.
