Keep An Eye Out Tomorrow...

Just got some secret info from an Oakley rep. It was a rather big mistake that Cav wore it at the tour as it should not have been known yet. It is called the Jawbreaker and will as you can all see be a mix of Radarlock and Racing Jacket. Coming out next year to the public.

Interesting. There was a bit of speculation of it being the Jawbreaker patent that got published shortly before the Tour. I am kinda confused to why the exposure on Cav was a mistake, other than maybe some goof snatched the pair when he went down. Seemed like an opportunity in line with the Radarlock and Jawbone debuts.

Well he is back on winning form, but wearing his signature pair today. So we may not see the "Jawbreaker" anymore this year in the wild. Unless perhaps Oakley will reveal more at Interbike here in Vegas in a couple weeks, like they did with the C-Six in 2009.

Last year's were great as the frame was unique to Cav's edition and matches his current collection. This year, it's just a standard frame with a green highlight on the stems. The lens is the same except is says CVNDSH this year as opposed to Cavendish last year. Last year had the Rapha cap too.
