Keep An Eye Out Tomorrow...

Tombstone or Jawbreaker... decisions.
I think a fit test will decide all... As cool as a Toombstone looks, if I look like a dink wearing em... I'll have to pass

My long/narrow face is a A wire/Fives/Frogskin kinda face... The Jaws and Toombs look nice and big... Like the Detcord which'll never fit my face... :(

The none ballistic rating is a minus of sorts for me on the Tombstone. At least when drawing plus and minuses for which to get first, outside of a fit test.
Do we have those kinds of details on these pairs? I'd assume with the Tombstone being SI and geared towards shooting sports it'd be ballistic.

Nothing positive, but two things not featured that all other ballistic eye-wear within the Si line have is either a full frame or a 3rd attachment point on the lens (Mframes). The lack of full frame and the "quick detach" ear stem features don't reaffirm it would meet a ballistic rating unless they have solely developed a new lens (thickness, etc) specifically to meet the impact criteria for such a rating.

I will be presently surprised if they are and if they are not I will not be disappointed. It will be just one less "plus" for buying these first over a Jawbreaker, fit and availability aside of course. They will be added to the collection at some point.

I was searching for some Jawbreaker info this morning and came across something that perplexed me...it looks like there might be two forms of the Jawbreaker...one for men and one for women!
