Since this situation doesn’t involve me directly I can’t speak on it. Hopefully you got your money back Mike.

just so you know there has been a bunch of issues with our postal service. Maybe not for everybody but in many areas in the US. I went almost a week without getting mail for some reason...

but as far as Josh goes, he’s been a super stand up guy and has always made sure every sale we’ve had has been great. I’ve bought prizm polarized lenses and have got just prizm before. Josh made things right and sent me the right lens. I’ve got lenses that had a mark/scratch and he’s made things right.

As others have said, he’s been a reliable seller. Things happen sometimes.

I'd not had any problem with him Wayne. I ordered lenses and got health pills. Postage was obviously messed up but I was asked by Josh, " You got them didn't you". Sorry but I am no liar and my standing on this forum is 100% the years I have been on here. Ask anybody. I don't like being accused of lying.

Think you misunderstood what I wrote Wayne. Josh said to me, “ you got them didn’t you” meaning, I was making it all up. It was his bad and he was pushing it onto me. I have the conversation if you want to see it. Maybe he hasn’t realised that. He refunded me but it took quite a bit of time because he wouldn’t answer my questions. I admit, I got very pissed off by his accusations and hit the roof but, I apologised and tried to sought it out. He didn’t want to know. Hey, **** happens to all of us but we shouldn’t make out someone innocent is to blame. That’s the end of it for me now. It’s done. I wish him well.
