I'm looking at the non polarized Linegear lenses for a couple different Oakley frames. They are the least expensive of any lens they have for sale. Was wondering about the optical clarity of the lenses?? The non polarized Fuse and Revant lenses are okay but looking through them, they seem grainy and the clarity isn't that good. Albeit they are lowest tiered lens they sale as well. That being said I know the Linegear NXTs are the way to go but im looking at getting 4 sets of replacement lenses. Would appreciate any input regarding the non polarized Linegears.

I have NXT Varia Ice non polar for my hatchets. They are very cool looking. Can be worn inside or out but I wouldnt wear them in very low light The color enhancing is minimal compared to something like the Fuse amps and Prizm but the lenses do darken significantly. Image is above average for me, but not as good as Prizm non polar's in general.

Im now waiting on the Gold Varia's non polar that go from 50% to 12% vlt for my Plazma's. I will post here when I try them out. As far as light vlt non polars go, the Ice varia I have are among the best for me for versatility. The only downside is using them inside an enclosed vehicle on bright days, but you can always pop the sunroof if you have one!

Good insight. Since I originally posted this I have purchased a few sets of the non polar LGs. Im impressed. Jade is my favorite color ive found so far. NXTs will be my next purchase from LG.

I heard LG is in development for NXT Jade Varia somewhere. I could be wrong, but thats what I remember hearing. And I know Fuse is working on colored photochromics due out this year. I've gotten great service from them.

Im really enjoying my gold varia's from Linegear so far. Its kind of like a dark computer lens. Still testing, but very comfortable to wear all day and very nice to wear looking at large white screens.
