you're absolutely right dude. it's a real solid yellow colour as compared to the neon yellows. and the sku on both the box and arm is labelled as 03-200.

neon yellow. it's exactly the same label as the Neon Yellow that we all know. it was just a colour variation, and someone coined the name School Bus Yellow. =)
