Ya I should have figured he was friendly. I mean he was making bmx grips back when I was racing in the 80s and 90s. Gary Turner, founder of GT bikes was the same way. He would travel the country to different bmx tracks to watch races and promote his products. I was like 12 or so when I had met him. Very cool bmx times back then.
