Anyone else notice that the blue in the actual photo from @Hamshandy's post (quoted above the product page rendering in this post) looks a bit darker and less "icy" than it seems on the product page? @Hamshandy Do you think it's due to the camera/lighting, or is the blue really a few shades different between the 2?

I would be interested to see photos of others as they arrive, perhaps there is some individual variation. Both Gigawatt and Jigawatt are still selling, but I like the color more on the product page and might skip it if the blue doesn't match up.

Obviously darker than the digital rendering as @Broccoli just mentioned . Either way it’s a nice colour . So much so I’m thinking of buying the gigawatt version . Liking the idea of having 2 pieces of @zwc0442 ‘s work in my collection . May even snaffle the Alpine ones as well . A rabbit hole I was hoping not to venture down . Happy just looking at M-E goodies . To late now

I know, that's my point...the rendering seems to be a bit off from the real thing. I think the phrasing in my post saying "the actual photo above from Hamshandy" was confusing, I was referring to the quoted post where he posted a real photo of his Jigawatts. The image I posted was the product page for comparison. Went back and edited my post to make it clearer.

Yes... This has been true of all their pictures... The RL thing is usally a bit cooler... Same thing happens with Oakleys on their site
