M Frame Arm Tightening

Hi my original M frame has one arm that is very floppy or loose. There isn’t much tension. I provided a photo of the hinge area. I don’t know if it’s possible to tighten them somehow but if anyone knows please inform me.

In this case a loose stem is good.
Means less tension on the hinge helps to prevent the hinge from cracking.
